Thanksgiving

This year for Thanksgiving we went with Kyles side on Thursday and my side on Friday! It was Grandma Leavitts year so we just had to go down the road, pretty much everyone in the whole family was there, some came later but i think everyone made it down at some point in the day!! Everything was really good and its always great to see everyone and catch up! Grace had a lot of fun playing with the little kids and i hardly seen her, she was to busy playing to really eat anything too!!!
Friday we had Thanksgiving here at my house and it turned out really good, i made the turkey and ham and everyone else brought everything you eat on thanksgiving, we had a ton of food here and just enjoyed each other! I have never made a turkey or really helped make a turkey so i was really nervous about it, but the cooking went fine it was the cleaning of the turkey that i about killed over!! I made Kyle help me cause you have to reach in to the bird and get the nasty neck and bag of yuck out, so he does that and me and grace are watching, I'm about to throw up, Grace is up there trying to touch the "fish" as she called it and kyles just laughing!!! That will forever be his job when it comes to thanksgiving!!! After i Cloroxed my sink and everything around it we got to cooking! Both Jerr and Jakell came over and helped me all morning, We had alot of fun and it turned out to be a good Thanksgiving!!

This is the only picture i got, Jakell passed out on the floor, no one dared to wake her up so she slept for a good few hours!!
On Saturday we rode out to sams camp, Kyle calls it the mountains, but it is nothing of the kind!! We shot bunnies and rode around, then met up with kyles parents, brothers and Laura and had lunch! Then they went for a walk to shoot more bunnies while me and nancy watched Grace sleep!!! We were gone all day but it was really fun!!

Grace was SO tired, she just ran and ran till we got in the truck to go for a little ride then she was out!!! You cant really see how dirty she is but holy cow she was covered!! She really likes to go "shoot the bunnies" as she says!!! Kyle has done a really good job of turning her into a tomboy!!
