Birthday partys!

The girls love rolled up pancakes, but they are a pain to make, so when its a birthday we eat them for breakfast! Grace ate 4 of them for breakfast on her big day!

Jakell brought over Tiffany's for lunch, its Graces favorite spot to eat here in the valley!

Then Grandma Merri and Steve came over and we made homemade pizza and breadsicks for dinner. and played outside with the cousins!
Grace decided she didnt want a cake, she wanted to make brownie sundays and a mess!!
She got a kayak, life jacket, heelys, cool books, and clothes.
Her favorite thing was the Kayak and the Daring Book for Girls.
She had alot of fun bossing all the kids around!

For Graces friend party, we rented a bounce house water slide and had lots of screaming 9 year old girls over!
They came over and set it up at 9 in the morning and the girls didn't get off it till it was a muddy nasty mess back there at 6 o'clock!

They played on the water slide, in the pool, and the slip and slide.
We had a pinata, a singing competition, and made ice cream sundays.
It was so much fun having them all over running around.
Grace had a great time!

To the one who made me a mom-
Grace, you are 9, when did that happen?

You are turning into such a smart, loving, independent, strong, beautiful, young lady.
I love to listen to your long pointless stories.
I love how you want to be in charge and I hope you carry that through your life because you are a great leader.
I love how you take care of your sisters and all your little nieces and nephews. They look up to you and you are a great example to them.
I love how you help me with everything, I would be lost without you around.
I love your imagination and how creative you are.

You make me so proud.
I love you more than you'll ever know and I know you are going to do great things in life.

When you grow up...

You want to be a Chef and a Mom.
You want to have 2 or 3 kids.
You want to live in somewhere close to Mom and Dad, but not like on the same street!

End of school!!!

We were really ready for summer!
The only bad thing is that summer means the kids are getting older. 

Alaynna has learned so much this year.
She is reading, writing, and so smart.
She has also came out of her shell.

Addison has also learned so much!
She has came very far with her reading and writing and her math skills!
She is not my shy little girl at all anymore!

Grace learned SO much this year.
She really worked hard with her math skills this year and she improved leaps and bounds from the beginning of the year.
We had alot of girl drama this year, (I didnt think it started this early). But I think she handled 'most' of it really well, shes very tender hearted and I think this has made her toughen up alittle! 

Marysvale

We went to Marysvale for the weekend to get the sprinklers on the grass before it got to "summer like" up there! It was a quick trip cause the girls had to be back for school on Monday.
But we did alot of fun things while we were there, went to Hermies for dinner, went for a couple rides, gathered some rocks for our wall, ran like crazy, seen family, and got our grass looking good!

May Day Dance!

Oh how we love the may day dances here.
Good thing we love the girls!!

All 3 of them were so excited and they looked so cute and they all did great.

Summer

Once it gets hot here we like to go to the reservoir to swim.
I dont get in, but the girls love it!

Grace-erella!

Grace is Annie Oakley

Grace had to do a presentation on some historical famous person.
She picked Annie Oakley!!!!
It was really hard to find alot of information on her, but Grace really liked her because she was a hunter and a trapper!!!
The best part of her presentation was what she liked most about her was that she loved her family and put them first!
She did really well and we could even hear like half of what she was saying!!!

Since I took a picture of her in her cute outfit Grandma Nancy made her, I had to take a picture of the other two!

Stop Growing...

I was taking some pictures of my chickens, and I thought I better snap a few of the girls looking like rag-a-muffins! I tell them everyday to stop growing, but no one listens to me!! 

Reindeer Run!

Grace has been SOOOOOO excited for the reindeer run this year. She would come home and tell me she just knew she was going to get 3rd place and she couldn't be happier about it.

I rode up to watch her, it was freezing.
I didn't see her till it was her turn to  race. She was in the lead the whole time and I loved watching her run.
When it was all over I walked across the field to see her and when she seen me she came running and was so happy!
She was crying and said "Did you see I won, I won!!??"
She thought I had left and didnt see her win so when she realized I was there she was really happy.

She wore her shirt all weekend and she called herself champion all day, I think she was pretty happy about the whole thing!
