carrots

Kyle picked some carrots out of the garden for the girl, they were such big ones he thought we should take a picture of the girls with them!

They were not that easy to get a good picture of, when we would tell them to lift the carrots up they would lift the other hand!

I thought if we sat them down we might could get a better picture, but really they just wanted to eat them!

We are also getting a few squash and zucchini and they sure are good!

The other day Grace kept telling me there was a mouse running around eating cookies in the house! I just thought she was being a weirdo cause after she would tell me that she just saw it, she would laugh and laugh!
After i had taken her to school and the twins were napping i was picking up the house and found this black mouse in the corner! I caught it and put it under a bowl for her to see when she got home, She thought she was pretty funny

Lauren, my BFF, and a designer at Designer Blogs made my new blog look and I love it! If you are wanting a cute new blog design you should go check them out!!!

tadpoles

Last Saturday, before it turned into winter again (i am not complaining by the way), we went to catch us some tadpoles!
Where we would put them when we got home was still a question when we left, but we didnt think to much about it and just had fun!
After jumping off a 8 foot wall we went to find these tadpoles!

Steve told Kyle all about them and we went and kicked him out of his hunting-tadpole-spot!!! I think he was ok with sharing with us, even though we took his nets!

His kids are professional and caught 2 frogs to put in their buckets, the twins thought they were pretty awesome!

My girls look all pretty in pink, but i have some tomboys on my hands, and thats ok cause i was the biggest weirdo tomboy growing up and i had fun!

Kaden had just as much fun as the girls and we were happy him, Nancy and Penn came along with us!

Our tadpoles didnt make it though the night in the 5 gallon bucket home we made for them.

So I guess we wont be having anymore frogs at this house, oh well!!!

I love little outings like this, it makes me feel less like my home is my prison and it makes my 3 little prison guards alot cuter!!!

Marysavle

Growing up in Marysvale i had 8 kids (i think) in my class through elementary school, we had a few move in then move out but out of those 8 Me and Steph were the only girls! We went to school together from Kindergarten till I unwillingly moved my senior year. We did everything together so it shouldnt be a surprise we married pretty much the same person and both ended up with 3 girls!
I still love that when i talk to Steph we are usually going through the same sort of stuff and I love that our kids are so close in age!
She just had her 3rd little girl and it has been killing me that i hadn't meet her yet, so i loaded the girls up and we left for Marysvale!

It was so great to see her and the girls, the one thing i said i was going to do was get a picture of us with our 6 girls!!! Kyle got me a tripod and I have a remote so now i have no excuse not to get pictures!

For having 6 kids 4 to newborn i think we did pretty good!
I am pretty in love with Taisley and i am pretty sure she is in love with me too!!!
The girls were pretty much in heaven with Kenadi and Laityn and we made a huge mess of Steph clean house, but i think she will forgive us!!!
I cant wait to get back down there and see them again!

I was in the picture taking mode so i got one with my Grandma and Grandpa Ciserella!!

And after my Grandpa got all pretty up'd and combed his hair i got one of them with us too!!

I coudnt believe how much water was in the river and how much snow was still in the mountains, I am pretty sure there is going to be some major flooding up that way.

The twins were in need of a nap so we loaded up and went for a ride, Grace was telling me everything to take pictures of and she thought it was pretty fun cause she got to sit in the front seat and hang her head out the window!
She would live in Marysvale if we would let her, she is so happy when we are there!

For being so good when we were taking pictures Steph gave all the kids Popsicles, they were all pretty happy about that! As you can see the twins could have used a few more hours of nap time!

Grace was excited to see the baby and when she got to hold her she thought she was pretty special!!

Addison, Alaynna and Laityn are only about 6 months apart so they played really good together!

Miss Kenadi didnt really know what to think about me so had to sneak taking this picture! Every time i would point it at her she would slowly turn her head away from me!
That just means i dont see them near enough and am going to have to change that!

It was cold there till Thursday, but we had to go out and play with Gus before we left, Alaynna really likes him and he really likes her!

We had a great little trip down there, it was the first one i had taken by myself with all 3 girls and we survived and had a good enough time that i would probably do it again this next week if little Grace didnt have school and dance class!!

Grace-lynn

I have been trying to get a picture of our little humming bird that hangs out by our honey suckle, but they are to fast so this was as good as it gets!

We got our watermelons in the ground and last week and they are already showing up! We have 21 squash right now, 9 zucchini, and about a million tomatoes, for real there a so many tomatoes out there on the jungle bushes that i am going to be a busy lady trying to get all of them caned/jarred/ate!

Also my pomegranates bushes have blossoms, maybe i will get one or two this year if Alaynna leaves any on there, she likes to rip them off!

This last Friday was our first of many, May Day Dances! Grace was really excited to go and dance for all of us, her class did the macarena months and Grace had it down!!!

When she was walking to take her place, she looked scared and the mother in me wanted to grab her up and save her, but instead i just took pictures!! My mom came over for the 30 second dance and we were happy she could make it!

She was February so she had to wear her pink shirt and she had a beautiful crown with hearts all over it!

She did great, and she was really happy to have it over with!!!!

Randomness about the Leavitt home

  • Addison has always had some "belly" problems. When she was just a newborn it took alot of trying and belly aches to figure out that she had to have soy formula. Then when we switched to cows milk, that was a whole new box of problems, but after a few months and a few doctors we can see light at the end of the tunnel!
  • Addison now goes potty on the potty and we have almost no problems!!! She hurts less, i dont feel like a horrible mom and we are almost potty trained, i just have to get her to pee in the potty, and to get Alaynna to follow!!

  • After watching everything there was about the royal wedding I really wish i was British, no really if i start using crazy words like "cheeky", "knickers ", or "prat" dont pay attention i am just practicing!
  • I love love the hats, there was some awesome ones and if i had a place to wear one i would totally be saving my pennys!
  • Kate and Will are a real love story and i was giddy all day after watching, and pretty much am giddy every time i see anything about them!
  • I am going to try and make Jerrica pick a dress like hers, wow it was gorgeous!
  • No, for real, i am now obsessed with the royal family and just dont understand what our forefathers were thinking, the Brits are cool and if i was single i would just maybe go find prince Harry, wowzer!!!

  • Growing a garden is addicting, I think Kyle and I should have been farmers! We love it and are always out there watching the garden grow!
  • Our spinach started to go to seed so we ripped it all up and had a ton. Every time a neighbor walks by the house i run out and give them some spinach! I Froze a bunch and i eat a salad everyday for lunch, and i havent even put a dent in it!
  • After we ripped it out we planted us some watermelons in there place!

  • I have a doctors appointment tomorrow where i will be poked and prodded, and i am kinda looking forward to it. Only because my kids never ever stop, I think it will be nice to sit in quietness and maybe even enjoy a meal without someone needing to have a bite, go to the potty, or need my mommyness!
  • Am I the only one who feels like the doctor is a mini vacation?????

  • I need a good book to read!
  • I love to read, but lately I havent been able to find a book that has been all the great.
  • After water for elephants i just cant get into a book that is going to be a movie. They seem to always ruin the book, i need to take Laurens advise and watch the movie then read the book!

  • I think that it is morbid that people are cheering over the death of a fellow human being and i think this quote i stole from my cousin Mckell, (who is having a baby in November, YAY!!!!!) sums up how i feel.........
"We were supposed to have reached a stage of civilization in which it might still be necessary to execute a criminal, but not to gloat, or to hang his wife and child by him while the orc-crowd hooted." -J.R.R. Tolkein

  • I dont really like to talk about my beliefs, I have always believe that my religious views are mine and they are personal, I have never felt like I needed to to shout it from the roof tops. I think that it is your business if you want to shout your beliefs from the roof tops, but i think tact could be learned by alot of people. Sometimes it is ok if not everyone thinks the same, differences are what makes the world go round, right!?

  •  As you can see i have alot of randomness going on in my mind. But there are a few crazy thought of mine and a few cute pictures of my kids!!
