A little bit of everything..

Well it is really late and i am trying to get a graduation cake i am making done! Cakes are really time consuming, mostly the baking and the waiting for things to set up right! So here are a few more pictures and stories that have been going on.....

Last week me and Grace babysat little Makala! She is such a cutie and so little, she is 2 months old but only weights 8 pounds! I forgot how small babies are, it only made me want another one a little!!! Grace was really good with her till i tried to put the baby in Graces crib to sleep, she did not want the baby in her space! Other than that she loved to look at her and talk to her, shes getting a little bit softer!
Then the other day Grace was off playing and i was checking my email when i hear momma, momma. She kept saying it but wasn't crying and she always is saying it, so i would just yell in Grace. Then i didn't her anything for a little bit just a momma every now and then, i had just been on the computer for a few minutes but when i went to see what she was doing i found her stuck in this! She was fake crying and i thought it was so funny!
We decided to put a little jacket on Trudy, she didnt like it much but i thought she looked cute in it! Grace thought it was hilarious to see her in it, she laughed and laughed!



Grace got her last round of shots till shes in kindergarten on Monday and she doesn't do well with shots! Her poor leg is HUGE swollen, red and hot, she has also had a fever! So with her not feeling good it has made the cake process alot more time consuming!!!
Kyle usually helps me out when i do cakes, cause he knows i love to do it, but he had a little accident today!
He came in from work and just walked straight to the kitchen and then he asked me if i could come and help him in there. I thought it was weird but i just got up to go in there and then i see a huge bandaid on his neck and blood on his shirt! I of coarse started to freak out and cry, thats why he didnt call and tell me when it happened this morning!
They were unloading power poles and just rolling them off the truck into a digger bar. Kyle was for some reason behind the bar when a pole came off the truck and it bounced into the bar and the bar knocked into kyle! It knocked his hard hat off and him to the ground, it scraped his forehead and then really sliced his neck and just scratched from his neck to the middle of his chest. He is really lucky it was not alot worst. It really cut his neck so bad, he should really go get stitches but he is one of those guys that if it is not cut off he wont go! I can always tell when he is really sick or in real pain and today was definitely one of those days. We are so lucky that it did not do anything worst than it did.
Well it is now 1 and hopefully my icing is set up! I will post a picture of this masterpiece tomorrow!!
